Great Service, quality goods and very honest business. They had my new galvanized trailer ready in under 24hrs, all extra’s fitted with care and well ahead of time for pickup. Needed a trailer in a hurry, other places didn’t even return my call.I called up the Mooloolaba office, had a great chat and picked up a trailer 45min later.
Only complaint would be cage door hard to close as bolt was not lined up correctly. But over all very good compared to most looked at. Bruce was great – very knowledgeable and helpful from the time I met him to time of picking up my tailor made trailer. When I collected it, Bruce showed me different hooks and explained how they can be attached to the enclosed luggage trailer compartment to make most use of space.
Even helped me connect my trailer. These guys are seriously awesome. Had very good experience with traliersdirect. Bruce is very nice and the quality of the product is perfect. Easy registration on site and a full comprehensive handover of the trailer. Would highly recommend Trailers Direct. Trailers Direct is the best trailer company on the coast. The whole proses was so smooth and hassle free. The finish on the trailer is very good. The only hassle I have had is the jockey wheel pins for the handle sometimes don’t line up with the holes.
I highly recommend Trailers Direct. I recently purchased a caged box trailer from Trailers Direct, and the whole process was very pleasant and seamless. Each team member I dealt with was very kind, helpful and patient with my questions. They were able to arrange registration there and then.
The only other suggestion I have is, with the canvas cover option. So i have put removable pins and a rubber strip to stop rattle. I still believe the best trailer around. The trailer was the size I wanted, , it was available and didn’t have to be ordered in. It appears to be well built and came with extras which were add on’s with other brands I looked at.( eg spare wheel and jockey wheel). And importantly it was competitively priced.
