A minimum of two days is critical for routine building by allowing children to settle and form attachments with educators and their peers. We also ask all new families to complete a “Getting To Know You” Form, which allows our educators to get to know your child before their start date so we can ensure a smooth transition. The Child Care Subsidy is assistance from the Federal Government to help with the cost of child care.

Overall the centre has been excellent and my child is quite happy to see kindergarten near wph the educators. I didn't give a 10 as he came home once with awful nappy rash when he was fine that morning.. He is very happy at the centre and the staff members are really good with settling the babies into a routine. Children enjoy hands-on cooking experiences with our Centre Chefs, exploring where food comes from and how it’s prepared. We know how busy family life can be, so we offer an all-inclusive experience to help make life just that little bit easier.

A child's development and readiness for school can be greatly aided by enrolling them in one of our West Pennant Hills early childhood education centres. Our Centre is a recipient of funding as part of the VIC Government’s Free KinderProgram. Eligible children aged three years and above will receive up to $2101 inadditional subsidies to reduce your out-of-pocket fees. My child used to become upset when I'd do the kiddo drop off.

We operate a community based not for profit preschool educating children from three years of age until school age. The Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) defines seven Quality Areas under the National Quality Standard (NQS) to ensure high standards of education and care in early childhood services.

Once you have an approved claim with Centrelink, you will just provide your and your child’s CRN in your enrolment form. If you already have your child's Customer Reference Number (CRN), you can submit a claim online through the MyGov portal. Once your claim is approved, the CRN you provided us on the enrolment form will automatically update our system with your entitlements. If you do not have your child’s Customer Reference Number (CRN), you need to contact Centrelink to update your family status and add your child.

Founded by Winifred Macourt in 1935, the preschool began its life in a home near Thompson’s Corner. In 1956 it moved to 6 New Line Road, and officially reopened at its current site in 1957.

Unlike childcare centres, which offer long day care, kindergartens and preschools usually only run for six hours a day, five days a fortnight (three days one week, two days the next) during each school term. At Heritage House, we know what it takes to provide quality care and education to our children and families. We offer your child a fun, stimulating, nurturing experience from birth to 6 years. Our tailored play-based approach to early learning focuses on each child’s interest and knowledge. At Heritage House, our aim is to help each child uncover the gifts and talents that make them unique. We believe that every child deserves the very best start in life. Preparing children for a confident, happy transition to school. This is certainly on the horizon, but no plans are in place at this time.
