Picked up my new trailer this week after shopping around for some time. Magnum were easy to deal with and offered a great deal that was easily the best I could find. I’m very happy with my trailer got exactly what I paid for.

Received prompt reply, accepted quote and able to pick up trailer just over a week later. Was talked through attaching trailer and other features before driving away. The trailer was the size I wanted, , it was available and didn’t have to be ordered in.
The price was great and Mike was very helpful. Mike was very helpful and made it very easy. Only complaint would be cage door hard to close as bolt was not lined up correctly. But over all very good compared to most looked at.
I stopped into the business at Mooloolaba still looking at size and which supplier to go with. Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable, and I ended up driving away with a new 7 x 5 trailer about 30 minutes later. Bruce was very helpful from our initial phone call to completion of the transaction. Bruce’s time attention prior to us making the commitment to buy is why we gave him our business. I turned up, spent 5 minutes doing paperwork, went over trailer, hooked up, tested lights and drove away. Great quality, everything I asked for and built in 2 weeks from the phone call.
They were forthcoming with time and info for me. Went home to do some measurements and rang them back to say which one I wanted. To my shock, I was able to go straight back and the trailer was set up, registered and ready to go. Have used the trailer to move my ride on mower, with the tipper option on this trailer, I’ve been able to just drive it onto the trailer!. Very happy with the trailer and the friendly service.
It appears to be well built and came with extras which were add on’s with other brands I looked at.. And importantly it was competitively priced. Fantastic to deal with, I live in Rockhampton and got a mate to pick up my new trailer. Very helpful, very friendly, had trailer in stock. Purchase completed in 20 minutes and for a great all inclusive price.

The only hassle I have had is the jockey wheel pins for the handle sometimes don’t line up with the holes. The only other suggestion I have is, with the canvas cover option. So i have put removable pins and a rubber strip to stop rattle.
