They are all so good with the children, patient, understanding, and dedicated to creating a nurturing and happy environment. I also want to thank Bell (Centre Manager) and Jess (Assistant Manager) for being kind and understanding.Overall, I had a great time during my placement and  learned so much from everyone.

As a full time working mother it’s hard to put your children in care full time however I never feel uneasy taking them to PICO. An example of how homely this centre is, my son refers to a staff member as “Nanny Annie”.Couldn’t recommend PICO enough. I began my career in early childhood education in 2012 as an Assistant Educator and have since progressed through roles including Lead Educator and Assistant Centre Manager.
